Dear Parents / Guardians:
Effective immediately, we will begin accepting applications for Private and Parochial school transportation for the 2018-2019 school year ahead of the April 1st deadline (as per NYSED Law). This process must be followed regardless whether or not the request is for the first time or a renewal.
In an effort to streamline the process we will be no longer accepting paper applications for renewal applicants.
If you currently receive transportation to a Private or Parochial school from the Sachem Central School District please follow this link:
TRANSPORTATION REGISTRATION FORM
This will take you to our online registration form. Keep in mind that an individual form needs to be completed for each child attending Private or Parochial school. Once completed, you will receive an e-mail generated, date-stamped receipt. This is your evidence that you have applied for transportation. Transportation assignment information will be mailed to you in late August.
